That sounds a fair assessment based on a Washington & Cherry murder. If the murder occurred one block earlier, then we may have to add a little extra.

Richard, you are of the opinion that the call went out at 9:58 rather than 9:55 as Pelissetti has stated. What makes you think so?
The effort should always be to try and eliminate suspects not to confirm them.

Because that is what the police report says. "Upon responding to the above location" 909 (217) = shooting. 10-11=69/ 9:58 pm. You respond when you get the radio broadcast. The homicide was approximated to 9:55 pm.
