I didn't know he was from Exeter CA. that's where EAR/ONS started his crime spree.

Amen. There are too many talented people on this site (and others) not to release this information. We can contribute mightily. Think of the Netflix special entitled "Don't F*ck With Cats." There's a lot that we could do to advance this case if we just had all the information.
