What became of Sandy Betts POI "Paul"?

Sandy Betts, according to p. 92 of the Vallejo PD report, came forward to state she had seen a man matching Z's description in the Coronado Inn. He told her his name was "Paul." Was that man ever located and questioned?

Yes the police did find him and he told them he was at some ball game on July 4th, or somthing like that if I remember correctly ? I would like to see if he is still alive today and what he looks like now ? Mainly because I do not have a name for sure for the man I got away from in Vallejo 1968. I am working on a few names that I have from license plates I had ran on my suspects. One is RH ,the other I am working on and trying to make a connection between him and RH. My guess is that they are related through family. (Both are still alive)
