Can anyone direct me to an authoritative document that states the suspect the girls saw at Lake Berryessa was smoking? I seem to recall reading in a report that cigarette butts were found by LE where he had been standing. Anyone know where that is?

I talked to Ken Narlow about this, and he did mention there were cigarette butts found, but since there was no such thing as DNA, they didn't keep them
