Anybody have anything they would like to hear referenced, or discussed? One thing I will definitely discuss is the Gary Stewart Book, and shoot down a lot of the BS in it. Being that I will be the only Guest, I will be able to talk about the case as a whole, and get into a bit more of a detailed presentation as opposed to the debate format like the last time with Horan.

Yes the as yet unexplained blood pattern on Paul Stine's shirt that absolutely could not have been caused by a taxicab driver receiving a fatal shot at Washington and Cherry and almost immediately slumping over to the right, as believed by most people. The trip sheet and log to Washington and Maple and this exact claim by Zodiac in the Stine letter that he was the murderer at Washington and Maple, his decision to backtrack east along Jackson to Maple, suggesting his vehicle was most likely somewhere at the top of Maple or beyond on West Pacific Avenue. But crucially the fact Zodiac was wiping down the front area of Paul Stine's cab, particularly the driver side compartment and driver side door. Even when Zodiac had entered the front of Paul Stine's taxicab, are we suggesting that instead of entering the front passenger side, placing Stine over his lap, tearing the shirt and leaving via the same door, he did this alternative: he exited the rear roadside door, entered the driver side door, clambered over the top of Paul Stine's body, bracing himself on driver side compartment with his hands to access the front right side. This is the only explanation for fingerprints being on these surfaces, but this makes absolutely no sense, like the blood pattern distribution, if we believe he slumped over immediately. Blood cannot defy gravity, and the camber of the road and simply tells a different story altogether. But they can all be explained if the murder took place at Washington and Maple, even the gunshot and Zodiac's reasons for taking the car keys. In truth Morf13 the widely perceived view at the Washington and Cherry intersection is impossible and ask yourself this question, that confirms the murder took place at Washington and Maple. When Zodiac entered Jackson Street off Cherry, why was he believed to have been spotted on the north sidewalk of Jackson. You have just murdered a taxicab driver, your covered in blood, you want to exit the scene unnoticed, yet when you get to the top of Cherry, instead of just turning right and staying on the south side of Jackson Street , you cross over and place yourself in the full glare of oncoming police headlights, that would inevitably be heading to the scene and driving on this side of the road. Is this the mind of a master genius or a man who wants to evade detection. But there is an answer. So in a nutshell ask the radio host, IF THIS WAS THE ZODIAC SPOTTED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JACKSON STREET, WHY WAS HE ON THIS SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Well I believe he killed Paul Stine at Washington and Maple, the car was performing a run through, so after he was shot, his foot disengaged from the brake pedal, the car motioned out of control, the Zodiac who was directly behind Stine exited the left rear door, entered the driver side door, to gain control of the taxicab. In doing so he pushed Stine, who was still upright, to the left side window to gain limited control of the taxicab pedals. ( Look at the left side of the shirt, how the pattern on the left side stops abruptly- this coincides with the vehicles door arm rest). However he initially stalled the car and had to restart it with the keys. This explains the downward pattern of blood on the shirt between the two intersections, the fingerprints on the exterior driver side door (possibly blooded), the fingerprints on the driver side compartment where he braced himself to step over Paul Stine, the lack of a gunshot heard by the 3 teenagers, the fingerprints on the keys and why he took them, as he did with the wallet. However he now had blood predominantly on his left side where he pushed against Stine to access the pedals. So imagine the majority of blood being on your left side, which side of Jackson Road would you walk where this would be less visible to traffic, the north side of Jackson St. It may explain why as Fouke and Zelms approached, he motioned to his left side and feinted to walk up the 3712 Jackson St stairwell, to shield the blood transfer. Also Fouke described him as having a lumbering gait, like a semi-limp. Had he exited the moving car at Washington and Maple, he may possibly have jarred his ankle or knee, explaining the limp saw by Fouke. So the answer basically, is to face the visible blood away from oncoming vehicle or police headlights, otherwise there was no other reason for him to have crossed over this early onto Jackson St.

Here's a question for you Mike, The Zodiac laid claim to every crime via letter, apart from the Lake Berryessa attack. This crime showed an escalation in malevolence, so is it possible the following correspondence did also, hence the decision was made to pull the contact and not make it available for public consumption. It would not be the only time Zodiac or possible Zodiac letters would be withheld from publication. We have always assumed there was no contact, unusually strange from a killer with a larger than life ego.

Good point. Although, he did write, "i am the same person that did in the people in the North bay area", not sure if he was referring to Lake B or not.

It would be great if you get a chance to debunk some of the posers like Gary Stewart, to start. UKS makes an interesting case explaining the unusual events at PH, and how that may have impacted how Z was perceived that night by witnesses.

Which leads me to the thought that it would be good to discuss how law enforcement may have knowledge and/or evidence that is not in the public domain. This might pique the interest of any in LE who might connect the dots and check back on this more thoroughly.

Facts about interesting POIs are always entertaining. It would be good to make the general listener aware of the fact that while we don't have answers (yet), the right questions continue to be asked about the case by yourself and other dedicated Z researchers.
