That's a fantastic article, one of the best I have read on the case to date. Mr. Fagan is a great writer, and he has clearly "seen it all" and then some, LOL. I like the conclusion about people with their own POI's:
“They all have their own suspects, and they won’t let go of them. Ever.”

(Disclaimer: I still have absolutely no idea who the Zodiac was.)

For the most part, kevin is right. SOME PEOPLE will not let their Pet Suspect go-EVER!

Right, and I did not mean to imply that about EVERYONE. There certainly are people with POI's who have open minds and are open to evidence / discussion, etc.

Interesting that there is a guy who says that we don't want the case to be solved. I suppose there could be some people who would not agree with a suspect that was identified if that person didn't match their own preferred choice...but then if it did match, wouldn't they like to be proven right? Of course they would.

Maybe we won't ever all agree on everything and we might have different reasons, but I do believe that there isn't anyone who really cares about this case that does not want it to be solved.

If it was an unknown suspect it would make it even more interesting to find out what he did with his life. How he kept so elusive And unfortunately, what he did to other lives.
