This will be interesting to hear, morf.

I think that for anyone not overly familiar with the case, Horan does present an attractive theory: ie. there was no Zodiac, these cases aren't related and we're all wasting our time.

But it's full of holes - what was LB, for one? - and he does have a slightly arrogant and condescending attitude towards anyone who disagrees with him.

Horan has a slightly arrogant and condescending attitude in the same way that the Grand Canyon is a small crack in the sidewalk.

Never paid much attention to Thomas Horan, simply because he is a world class blow hard.

Issue with debating him is that while his theories won't stand up to even the slightest amount of fact checking, he will probably keep using false information as fact. Good news is that he has to argue against a massive library of Zodiac police files, FBI reports and physical evidence. He can't just discredit everything, can he?
