Honestly don't feel silly photo's or games are nessacery. For Vallejo people this case is real. And when they are talking about one if our own Vallejo people, well it's not fun and games.

I don't think you have to have once lived in Vallejo to know this is a real case.

Seems the one playing games is this guy who appears to be in it for the money. But I mean come on...they do look alike!

"Real Vallejoeans" are not the only ones who see this case as "real," and to suggest so is just plain insulting to all people who care about the case but did not have the geographical "fortune" to live in Vallejo, imo. (oh,Zodiac crimes were committed in places other than Vallejo. Are you suggesting that for people from those places the case is not "real" either?) Seagull has put years of actual research into the case and has made significant contributions to it. Would she do that if she thought the case was a joke? No one I know of sees this case as fun and games, but at times most people, including yourself, have injected humor into their discussion of the case, be it via funny comment, or sarcasm, or a picture or emoticons. As someone here, I forget who, once said, the humor helps relieve the stress of dealing with this cold case.

Is Kenney from Vallejo? I don't recall reading that?

It seems to me you are once again letting your Vallejo ties interfere with the impartiality you should have as a moderator. I understand having strong feelings about where you grew up, but those feelings should not result in you not treating similar situations equally on the board.

Also, if mods have issues with each other's posts, isn't that a matter best dealt with via PMs?

I don't think that Kenney is from Vallejo. Of course Myers was, and he actually lived there at the time of the Zodiac murders, but he was so young! I am curious to know what this guy has to say, but sounds like Myers is the one who was not concerned about what others would think.

While 16 year olds are capable of murder, being Zodiac is a whole other story!

I do have strong feelings for Vallejo, and Louie Myers is a Vallejo guy. As far as Kenney, I say let's see what happens, I never heard he was in it for the money. As I understand he promised Louie to tell his story, after he passed away. So, let's see where the cards fall. Am, I saying Louie is the Z, no! But I'm aware of some things Louie was involved with, that weren't model citizen material. And no, don't alway's think we need to make jokes about everything. The jokes get old, when we are trying to research. And, also if Kenney wants to come here and tell his story, I would like to welcome him to do so, without the jokes.

The Guy is welcome to come here and join here to tell his story, but there's no way in the world, his Buddy was a 16 year old Zodiac(if thats how old he was in 69). Maybe you guys can fill me in on the radio show,and let me know what happens.

And who's joking? They do look alike!! Kenney can take it personally if he wishes...I guess he can either get a swastika painted on his forehead or maybe shave his goatee? Depending on how he feels about Manson. This thread has had a couple of light-hearted remarks in it.

Hey...if someone told this guy he was Zodiac, good for him for telling his story, but when someone makes comments such as "intellectual property"....say what?? He's not the first to want money for his story. I hope he doesn't!! It would be refreshing.
