There are many other records on Best at Ancestry. He was born in Kentucky. He shows as Jr. in other records, too.

So in 1962 EVB was ca 30 years old when he seduced 13 year old Judy
Got her pregnant same year due to Gary L Stewart was born ca 1963.
One can understand why GLS was given up for adoption GLS mother was only a child when she gave birth

Very close to the type of man I imagin Zodiac to be. (if you are interested go read my today post describing my take of Zs caracter in the why did Z wear the hood thread)

This guy, at least in the video, looks thin and not bulky or heavy like Z was described. Then again, he may certainly have put on weight by 1969

What a messy situation

This guy is a little interesting for a few reasons. He was into rare reading, books,etc. I can see Z being the same. Also, this Guy grew up or spent part of his youth in Japan. Z seemed to have some interest in Japanese culture perhaps.
