They aren't even attempting to claim it as an actual solution, or show a method, or a key, or anything. Just saying "LOOK! EARLVANBESTJR is 13 characters and so is the cipher!"

That's pretty ridiculous. If you could solve a cipher by just taking it and writing whatever the hell you want underneath, we would have HUNDREDS of "solutions."

the books web site has a comments section ,with all but one are glowingly positive.
maybe a moderator here or two could change that and save people the cost of the book and time spent reading it.

Some of the writing is similar, but some differences too. One major flaw, he has provided writing from the "1990 card", which I assume is the Eureka card. That is meaningless, and not sure why he included it as his suspect died in 1984.

Yup.... This is what did me in, as far as believing any credibility to the handwriting analysis. You can't get a more blatant "grabbing at straws" attempt than that right there.

Don't get myself wrong this Stewart guy might really believe his research and this story might have something in his story that will break the case. I love see the case solved for families sake if anything. It had to been very hard on victims families, You put yourself in there shoes as we call it in WV.

But some I swear I think its more "Money" than trying to find the honest truth with some of these people. Not naming any names on here, But I am still after way over 5 years still waiting on a book in mail that I paid in full for. Learn valuable lesson on that one.

Us old timers I know 1 name that all of you thinking of right now. But I feel this not proper place to attack other people if you agree with them or not.
