There's nothing to find, this was actually put out by some of Donna Lass's family and the police department. I've read, so wouldn't waste time on this cipher like they did in the show.

We don't know if the cipher is based on an unknown letter or simply made up (for fun?) by Donna Lass' relatives, do we?
