In The My Name Is 13 Character Cipher, the Killer Has It Broken Into A 'V' and then he lines up the middle 8 on the exact center of the 340 cipher(+) between the hash marks and 4 letters or characters up, the 'N' and the 'F' will match to start. And the 8's will match I'm thinking for the section without an 'F' landed on. I show the exact center(x), the exact center left and right borders of (-) and the exact botom center of which is the zodiac symbol.
