I do not know if this has any significance or any meaning.
I watched reading http://zodiackillerciphers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Encyclopedia_of_observations,"Many symbols among the last 18 symbols are found directly above in the same columns. The "QEHM" sequence is particularly noteworthy. (Source: glurk)

Separating the columns that correspond to the two QEHM , I noticed that they have, of course, 24x4 = 96 in length, and in this section we have 48 of the 54 symbols, 48 being logical and obvious, it is half of 96.
As I said, may not have any relevance, but I share.

The last 3 symbols, the trigram "UIK" also appear in the 1st part. It appears to me now, that many repeating fragments seem to exist between the 1st and the 3rd part and the 2nd and the 3rd part, and less so between the 1st and the 2nd part.

Yes very interesting .
There is also this "symmetrical pattern" in counting the symbols in each column.
