Some time ago I had found this coincidence, in which the South -North line is drawn with the same size range indicator on the map 66, and east to west line is drawn too, only with the numbers 3 and 9 as goal.
obvious, that without the original map, which must now be in some box in the police files, would be ideal to check this, though it is
logical that the proportion ,whatever it is, always will keep when the copies.

Looking at the map, the infamous Z sent along with code, I noticed that it is possible that they (the codes) mean theoretically hours, which are two separate lines, one with 16 symbols, the other with 17.
That said, I thought, a clock on the Mount Diablo, reversed, and traced lines from this time (17 and 16 hours) to map the boundary sent.
Then I put the largest possible circle to be contained within the triangle escaleno
Later within this circle again I put the hours 17 and 16 and put the best possible circle, thereafter it is possible to go doing the same to some extent, which perhaps is the site of "pump".
This is all theoretical. (And did it roughly without precision as we can see)
The only thing that region linked to the infamous z is the home in Fresno street 32 Leigh Allen, suspect already discarded by DNA testing.
