Hello
Using the great Zkripto, divide the figure into two parts, which have been tested individually, one composed of 180 symbols (which only use the columns that form the name of LEIGH, and the second with 160 other symbols in their respective columns .
I noticed two interesting things
1 - For each of the "two code" decrease the symbols 63 to 59 in each
2. The symbol + 12 is divided in each of the "codes"

The "+" symbol is a bitch!

The column order would then be: 13,2,11,15,1,9,3,18,8,4,5,6,7,10,12,16. But that doesn't solve in any orientation.

I tried the formation of the code, and yes, nothing is found,
