I can think of three question marks in Z's writings, Unveiling letter, Pen card, and My name is letter. Not sure if there are more.

Here's a couple more, Bus Bomb letter page 3, and the Citizen card.
There is also one in the 13th victim post card.

Published in th December 21, 1969, SF Chronicle:
"Dear Mr. 'Zodiac' - we have realized that you sort of lack of attention from society. This appears to be a common issue nowadays, nevertheless we would like to change this and answer your questions you recently had sent us together with some bloody clothing of an also mostly unattended cab driver (until you had killed him). Would you please send us your address by the purpose of returning you our answers to your questions? Thank you."
Just kidding.
By the way, are the police haveing a good time with the code?
PS could you print this new cipher on your frunt page?
Hey pig doesnt it rile you up to have your noze rubed in your booboos?
By the way have you cracked the last cipher I sent you?
Fk I'm crackproof, What is the price tag now?
Why don't you show some concern for public sensibilities + cut the ad?
All questions related to himself, the media or the police. None about his victims.

Nice work quicktrader. What morph was after was pics of the question marks in question to compare it to the lowe letter in question with its question mark. ???
What you have put up is very interesting in itself . A little insight into his personality, wonder what a psychologist would make of it.

Interesting isn't it?
It's from the Citizen letter. I say interesting because as I was putting that comp together I couldn't help notice the different approach/styling. Some might think well does that put doubt on the Citizen letter? I don't think it does but what does that difference mean? Is it designed to make someone looking at it and discussing it on the internet have to use lots of question marks? lol.
Seriously though, my real question would be does that constitute a style (created for and in keeping with the rest of the letter) or could it be his actual question mark? Given that the majority of his 'stuff' was in felt tip does this 'finer' rendering represent something real and not invented. Just looking at it now, even from this one character, there's something about it that, in my mind, isn't out of keeping with the style of the envelope for the LA Times letter.
He's a sneaky bugger that's for sure. Whether simple disguise and evasion was his primary intention or whether he was also aware of just how much doubt his approach would sow I don't know but the latter has most certainly been achieved.

Hi-
The 800 lb. gorilla in the room with that letter is a semi-literate writer who couldn't spell "front" and other simple words suddenly using all those big 4-5 syllable words correctly...and also spelling them correctly.
