I hate to say it but I never bothered to read it because I've always been leery of people who claim to have an actual history or, for lack of a better word, relationship with Z. I mean, it's out of this world crazy, this stuff, but that doesn't mean it's untrue. I have a million questions. I think if you fleshed out these events, laid them out coherently and chronologically, you'd have a bestselling book. I know if I were a publisher, I'd publish it.
Thanks Joe, It just sounds too good to be true is what I think ? There have been so many kooks that claim to know who Zodiac is and have lied about having evidence, to sell CD's or books, that I think I get thrown in to the same pile of Bull S==ters as the rest of them. The cops and DA's I have dated had nothing to do with the Z case, so they couldn't help me. One DA however did show one of the notes my suspect gave to me, to his handwriting expert. That expert said the note was too much like the Z's printing to be his . (Meaning someone wanted me to think it was from Zodiac.) The problem with that is if this so called" expert" would have looked closely at the writing he would have noticed it was written fast, not like someone trying to make it look like Z's printing. (Hard to do if you are writing fast.) This person didn't leave anything out on purpose, so I would recognise it as being from the killer himself. But I didn't know the Zodiac's writing at that time , it was yrs later that I noticed how much it looked like Zodiac's printing. I have been told for yrs to write a book, or go to the media, I am damned if I do and damned if I don't, because people then say : Oh she is doing this for attention or money.
Why do I think he chose me to go after ? I can only guess because I have asked him but he hasn't said. My guess is because I was a well liked waitress as was Darlene. We both dated the same Vallejo Cop. I was going through a divorce but we were still in the same house together, so while I was dateing others, to Zodiac I was cheating as was Darlene. My husband was a bartender who had worked at the Coronado Inn , very handsome and could have known or dated Darlene. I now think that the lake Berryessa costume was put in our car on purpose, to frame my husband for the Z murders. For a long time once I found out that it wasn't a early Halloween I thought he mistook my car for his is why it ended up in my car. But about 15yrs ago , someone put a brand new white hallow cored closeline on my porch. That brought back a memory from the summer of 69 ,when someone stole most of my clothesline. No one could know about that because only my neighbor my husband myself and the one who took it knew .If it was the same person who later put the costume in my car, he did it I think to frame my husband. Only he didn't count on me not knowing what I had and so it was not reported. The newpaper made it sound like the killer wore a ski mask, what I found was very different than that. It was different than what Bryan tried to describe . Police heard it as a one piece hood, wrong it was two pieces. If they would read the notes ,they would notice that Bryan said he saw the killers jacket collar. That could only happen if the hood was separate from the poncho part of the costume, like what I had ! If I was making this story up I would have said it was like what was described.
