I try to be a POI agnostic, but Q fascinates me more than most.
Further on in LUNCHES, KQ claimed that he opted out of his father's profession precisely because drinking was part of the job. Of course, it's not unknown for celebs to endorse things they don't use, but KQ seemed so eager to project the image of a teetotaler in LUNCHES that it's rather baffling he would have agreed to this.

Actually...I just looked at my signed copy of his autobio and he did the same thing there. First time I've noticed.

Posted: Mon May 11, 2015 1:29 amA lower case "j" is typically dotted! The second letter in his first name is a j. I think it just shows that Qvale doesn't always put the dot over the letter it belongs to.

Posted: Mon May 11, 2015 3:20 pmLol, that photo with Denise McCluggage brings back memories. That was one of the first photos I ever saw of KQ in June 1999. I remember trying to figure out how long people's forearms were and how tall that helmet was to use them as scales to estimate KQ's height. Ken Narlow got me KQ's DL info shortly thereafter and ended the speculation. Ah, the good old days...
