Which one is Bryan? He was really tall, but I dont see an overly tall guy there. Ed S is likely standing 2 spots from him

I agree. I thought that just looking at it then as I was about to scroll I spotted that you'd written that above the photo.
Look at the last junior academy place name listed in the description- 'Hood View, Boring'. Bit of zync there.

Cecelia was attending U.C. Riverside when she was killed.
I found this documentary filmed in 1968/'69 about U.C. Riverside, narrated by Raymond Burr:

Thanks T.
Coincidentally I was looking through 1960's Riverside photos for that very reason - to 'get a feel' and look for 'clews'. Checking the video out now.

Ten guys, six standing at attention, two in that window and the last two by the desk. Bryan is listed as number eight. Which makes him the guy sitting down in the window (it looks like him too).
"Edward" should be the guy front/left * among the attention-standing group.
Thanks for posting, T - always good to see this kind of material.
* Or front/right, depending on your POV. The guy closest to the wall, at any rate.
Odd sort of stage, with that window.
