Now go read all the posts with TV telling people Fouke got it wrong and the composite is nonsense.

He was trying to convince me along with a small TV team (who are 'everybody' apparently) that my POI doesn't match the composite.

So I put it up on Reddit and 100 people got it in like a few hours.

I asked them what is the difference between my POI and the composite.

They had no answer... but still stick to their guns there was no match.

But hey Fouke got those lips right for Waterson.

They are constantly contradicting their own positions and yet don't see that. I thought at first it was just deliberately sticking one's head in the sand. It's not.

One of their own members on zk.com even pointed out the double standards. They went wild on that person.

They can't just reject a composite here and then pretend it's all good again for Waterson but they just didn't get it. They don't comprehend it. They actually don't get this at all. That was a big realization moment for me. I was like "Oh dear".

The foundation for one's own orientation can't be two minds like that. You can't have your cake and not eat it. Yet this is normal life for them.

It all breaks down when you get them to source and reference as you are discovering. Keep pushing it and you find they are their own sources... which they think is fine, btw.

To be honest the opinion I reached at the end of my discussions with them is that it is a cult. I couldn't find any of their activities separable from those sorts of factions.

My POI was a reserve deputy, yet they will tell you because he worked as a prison guard he isn't LE nor does he have LE training.

Oh and scientists are in our face and that's a bad thing apparently.

They think I need their blessings of approval to have anything valid in the Zodiac case.

They literally think this today. That I went over to zk.com to be blessed by them. I went over to demonstrate I don't harass or insult people personaly and despite every second post from them being nothing less than just personal insults, they couldn't find a single thing from me to justify their behavior and they still can't. That's all this is about. Like this thread. They have to find something fast. They ain't got Jack.

They are constantly looking to be offended so they think they have some justification for their own behavior. The fact is it is just small group of aggressive people who think learning is about trying to hammer it into people by abusing them. Can you even begin to imagine what their lives must be like?

Oh and if you get something small wrong, then that means the whole hypothesis must also cave in. Yet they are immune to their own criticism. There is simply no way I can ever understand these types of people.

They just don't get it and I am not the first nor will I be the last to experience that. That's my final say on the matter. They will just waste your time. A big time waste is what you end up with in the end, except for the old nugget along the way, so you don't come away empty handed and it usually comes from elsewhere from someone watching in and going "how can they not see their own criticisms apply also to their own claims?"

Again, I'm getting tired of conflicts on the Internet, especially over criminal cases with victims, grieving families, etc. People like Tom Voigt can't understand that. He abused so many persons online throughout the years, and he still can't get that his behavior is not acceptable and has never been, and that's why he's got such a shitty reputation and gets such a low level of respect. Over people getting killed by a nutcase! But he's just unable to get it, unfortunately, and he'll keep thinking he's a poor victim...

You are 100% right about the victims families reading all that infighting. It is shocking when you sit back and think about it. Can you even begin to imagine hoping something will help and coming on here and reading all that instead? There are only a few other true crime areas that are this bad. Madeline McCann trolls. Steven Avery truthers. Some of the Jon Bennet Ramsey stuff.

This place is fine. Just a few trying to turn into what they do elsewhere. Flame wars to make it unusable for everyone else. They simply don't care about you or what the agreed with when they accepted the terms of this site.

Most people here are great. Some are A++. I have been reading this place for years. Just never joined because I had nothing to add. People doing just fine. Most still are!
