On July 4, 1969, Dee came to Terry's Waffle shop and invited a waitress to a party that night and said that, "she would come back to Terry's." (this is a fact!) I recall a more recent interview on you-tube were Mike Mageau stated something about --him and Dee were going to SF to watch a movie that evening on July 4th. How can Dee be in two places? If you believe any words of Mageau, then I have a bridge to sell you. IMO, they were not out there to make out as they didn't have that kind of relationship.

I'm suggesting that perhaps they were out there to score a little weed (no big deal). I'm not judging Dee as she was very close to one of my family members whom thought the world of her and did not like how she was being portrayed. As for being involved in the "Occult," is ridiculous. First you must define Occult. What is "Occult?" Here's what was said to me by a person who knew Dee "they think just because she lit a few candles and incense, that she was into the "Occult.....they obviously never been to Height Ashbury...during the 60's and 70's in SF and Berkeley it was common...it was the hippie era for crying out loud." My family that new Dee only arrived to Vallejo in 1966 as they were Native San Franciscans and were just adjusting to "small town mentality," Vallejo.

So the dealer never showed up? Where was the weed? I'm sure Law Enforcement would have noted it. How long did they sit there waiting?
Why was she with Mike late at night alone in a dark parking lot? Because they were just friends waiting on the weed at midnight? I guess it's
possible, where was the money for the weed? Looks like they didn't have that either. The dealer must have been surprised to see cops there...

Trying to understand. Are you saying that Dee invited the waitress (your relative?) to the painting party?

Darlene and Mike had talked about going to SF earlier in the day, but Darlene changed her mind since she was to be with her sister for the Miss Firecracker party. Mike never claimed to have actually gone to SF with her. Mike also said they just went to BRS to talk. Whatever the case may be...

No offense, but the one saying she made conflicting plans is you. Again, is it the waitress that is your relative? Are you saying Darlene specifically asked her to go to a painting party? On July 4th?

The painting party and the 4th of July Party were two different parties. The person who knew Dee and is related to me was interviewed by Geraldo Rivera, Graysmith, and somebody who was trying to connect the Zodiac killings with Charles Manson. In fact, and investigator for KGO (O'connell or O'donnell) called looking for her last summer. The abovementioned person who was interviewed did not like the way Dee was being portrayed because she knew that some day her little girl will have to read about it. The abovementioned person tried to negate this when she was interviewed by Geraldo Rivera. They didn't include her interview because her story was not outrages enough for the media. At that time, the media wanted satanic cults...to manipulate. My relative stopped talking to the media.
