Could this mean that Zodiac was alluding to his LHR attack by saying to "go east one mile on Columbus Parkway"?

How can we know for sure Nancy Slover heard the call correctly or even remembered it correctly, he spoke in a monotone drawl, possibly disguising his voice.
"I wish to report a double murder. If you will go four miles east onto Columbus Parkway to a public park, you will find the kids in a brown car. They have been shot by a 9 mm Luger. I also killed those kids last year.... Good-bye"

Hm...East and West not only sound quite similar but could have been mixed in Nancy's or Z's memory, too. Just an assumption but in that case we end up directly at Vallejo Junior College / Vallejo High:

Solano College, as it was named in 1969, was not in that location at that time. According to the 1968-69 Vallejo Polk's Directory it was located at 100 Whitney Avenue, further to the northwest than its current location.
