We did research on him; photos, his location today...found his family. Interesting guy, but doesn't appear to be Zodiac.

It was Sgt. John Lynch who contacted the foster parent who informed him that David had told her he "knew that girl that had been murdered on Lake Herman Rd...", so it would appear he was referring to Betty Lou Jensen.
