Regarding Mr. Ed's restaurant, Darlene & Mike were there just before they were attacked. I see in my 1970 Vallejo directory, there were multiple Mr Ed's in Vallejo, at:

2200 Redwood
1512 Sears Point Rd
1339 Springs Rd
1510 Sears Point Rd(Mr Eds and Assoc)

By my estimates, the 1339 Springs Rd Mr Ed's was very close to where Z made that call from after he attacked them,Springs & Tuolumne, about 3/4 of a mile. Was that the one that they were at that night,and also,just curious, do we know which one Peggy Your worked at?

I don't think there were ever any eyewitnesses to their location and from what I have read Peggy Your worked at 1024 First Street, Benicia

I was thinking it was the Redwood location, but if you consider where Darlene and Mike lived, the Springs location makes more sense. Mike was just around the corner.
