So far I have found two locations for the Dotta Ranch as of December 6, 1915. One location is east of Paddy Creek. At this location, number 24, the property is bordered by B. W. Co., James Clyne and Manuel Teichera. The other location, the important one I think, is located between marker 23 & 24 directly south of Lake Herman. This property is bordered by Benicia Water Co, Domingo Pometta, John Borges and Selby Smelting & Lead Co. The map shows the bulk of Lake Herman Rd being within Benicia and not Vallejo. At this particular time, the Borges, did have land in the area but not west of Lake Herman. Land was owned by Antonio Borges directly north of Lake Herman at marker number 13 and directly south of Lake Herman by John Borges at marker 25.
