I have been to Lake Herman Road many times before this incident and many times since it brings chills to my soul now when I go. Lake Herman Road was also known as Gravity Hill just in front of Syar Quarry about a mile west of the murder site the road looks as if it is uphill but if you stop your car and put it in neutral the car will roll what looks like up hill. I haven't been there in about 14 years so I do not know if it has changed I suspect it has greatly.

Thanks for posting these insights into David, Vallejo and life back then in a small town. Very interesting indeed. We call those 'gravity' hills magic hills over here - gravity sounds better though, saves having to explain what a magic hill is to those that know what a gravity hill is lol.

I do not think that is true. There were plenty of drugs around Vallejo as everywhere in the late sixties. I don't personally know of David's drug use if any but I don't see it as fitting into the scenario that played out on Lake Herman RD.

I came back to Vallejo in 1971 after my mother died, and yes I have one person in particular as a suspect, but I 'am putting together my theory to put forth to someone in a position to investigate thoroughly and do not want to speculate right now with anyone as I might create a bad situation for someone undeserved.

Curious, this person you speak of as possibly the killer of David & Betty Lou you also feel is the Zodiac?
And is this person the same now as he was back then? Or has he grown & evolved into a better person?

And I do understand your approach concerning your POI, still it is interesting that you do have a POI, especially due to that it is somone you apparently know well, which in turn, very understandable, makes it a true burden to you.
