Welcome, and very interesting about the Hood & Garcia case. It's one that I don't think gets talked about enough, but should be up there in conversation with Domingos & Edwards, & Joyce & Johnny Swindle. Look forward to hearing more from you, and who knows, maybe you find some clues that help solve your Cousin's case

I think there is a Manson Family aspect possibly with Hood & Garcia, but who knows. Here's a thread about them-
