Hi everybody. My name is Smokie Treats (not actually my real name) and I joined the site yesterday.

I have been interested in the case since around 1992, when I first read the Yellow Book. I am originally from both Southern and Northern California, but am now living in a small college town in the Midwest.

I have spent a lot of time working on the 340 cipher and think that I know how to solve it. Sometimes I have episodes of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and get mentally sucked into the case for days at a time. But that's not always good, because I also have a lot of other important responsibilities in my life.

My goal this year is to win the lottery so that I can spend my time working on the 340 and other aspects of the case.

I like the atmosphere on the site and my current favorite POI is Ross Sullivan. He worked at the library, knew Cheri Jo, relocated to the Bay Area, had mental health issues, had two brothers who completely disagree about whether he was the Zodiac, freaked out the librarians so bad that they took the time to contact law enforcement, wrote creepy poems, and looks a lot like the Zodiac sketch. But I'll have to finish the other half of the 92 page thread before I know more.
