The map can not be exact location because the scaling of the buildings in the "school" area is way bigger than the neighborhood. On the EAR/ONS website there is a break down of the progression of the map. LE believes that the lake, roads and school or retail area was drawn first and the neighborhood last. I'll post that in the sections mentioned by AK.
I also think that its been drawn transposed like a mirror image.
