This case is fascinating. The hook for me is the hope that we will live to see it solved. The information that has been gathered over time is robust; I imagine that LE quite probably had the real killer in for questioning at some point along the line, but weren't able to zero in.
I lived for some time in San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley (albeit many years after the fact), so I find myself able to picture the environment of the scenes of these crimes. There are suspects I gravitate to more than others, but my mind is very open to the ideas of all. Thank you for hosting this forum, and for allowing me to participate.
