Ross Sullivan could very well have been a patient there

Ross could have served in the military anytime from 67 to 68

Or the mental institution could have accepted civilians

He could have escaped or had a day pass etc

I bet he could hear the motorcycles and dogs well in the safety of his room

Only for sure is we know X was in the area...i dont think even with vietnam the mil would have had anything to do with ross..unless i just missed his mil career
