In 1998 I was told by the Napa County Undersheriff that Sullivan had been ruled out. I believe he said it was via fingerprints. Perhaps Toschi got them compared afterall. Maybe not.


I spoke to a good contact I had in Napa County about 4 years ago, and he could not even find Ross Sullivan in the Suspect reports, on the list of ruled out POI's or ones that were still considered POI's. Vallejo as well did not have him

They also had nothing on Rick Marshall, who was Narlow's main guy. I went through all their boxes in 1998. All they had on Allen were photos of his palmprints.
