I don't think this article has been posted. We know about the incident though. Ross is not named but it is clear who the person is in the article.

Just a thought, don't know if it's been suggested before...
This is the sort of incident that would be the talk of playgrounds at the local schools. You know, 10-13 year old kids gossiping about the local weirdo and the "nude cavorting" incident. And it wouldn't surprise me if there were other Ross incidents, and gossipy tales about him going around the local kids' grapevine.
Might be worth contacting alumni of the local schools at that time. They'd still be young enough now (60-ish) to recall some things about the strange local man, perhaps, and names of who he knew and other things.

Charles Henning died in 2004 and I can't find anything on Douglas Peters yet. If he is alive, somebody should try to contact him and ask him if he knew Ross.
