He doesn't have any other vids on there I can see

Great Uncle, would be the grandson of Ross's surviving Brother. I agree, it's disgusting when people try to fake crap like this, or mislead people.
Another reason that I think it's fake, is that the person zooms in on the clock and you can see the hands look like Zodiac's crosshair symbol. Like they were drawing attention to it. The year on the video is supposed to be 2009, and Ross wasn't even being discussed as z back then.

Ross does have a grand nephew, as Jon's eldest son has a young son, but I think he's 6 or 7.
