24 officers next day, 30 officers month following, 75 people interogated...."left them drawing a blank..."
No wonder Riverside PD didn't want to help with this until 2017....they were embarrassingly incompetent.
No cause for arrest is what they were able found, and Sullivan dies just as Toschi gets to taking prints? According to Dave Peterson? That part is confusinh me...does that info exist, he went down there in 1971 but Ross is gone by then, yes?

That could’ve been what set him off. He wanted her and she was seeing a coworker of his.
