The DNA report above doesn't reference any Berryessa hairs

I am strictly going by the DNA analysis--no he said she said. The FBI mentioned--and there is proof shown here documented in paperwork--(4) brown Caucasian hairs. People get hot on a suspect and they tend to dismiss viable evidence, the R.P.D not withstanding.

Problem is, Hartnelll said that & it's in the report, but in the same report, a witness told police that Cecelia said Z was wearing glasses under the hood. So...do we believe the reports, or not believe the reports??

I think DNA reports speak for themselves. With Riverside, no matter what was "said" by whom, it is what it is.

FBI says "brown"

Riverside says "blonde"

You're right, it is what it is.

all the more reason not to dismiss Ross on the basis of height, weight,
haircolor, glasses etc. this case is maddening because of the conflicting
accounts and "evidence!"

But, it's brown. ;)

The FBI shows proof. This is what I mean by the proof being shown and some people still choosing to dismiss it.

Also, there are girls in this photo that clearly have blonde hair. Does it look like Ross has blonde hair? No. He has brown hair that is darker at the roots. Probably lightens to reddish brown / sandy blonde as it grows out. Like his brother.

So Riverside must be filled with idiots who can't tell blonde from brown.

There are two sources, you choose to believe one. I think either can be correct because both had access to it and we don't. There's a discrepancy. I'm not "dismissing" anything. I'm conveying that there's another opinion from a reputable source, which there is.

P.S. They don't "show" proof because I don't see the hairs. They wrote it in a report. Just as RPD wrote the opposite in a report.
