Sadly, I wouldn't put any stock in anything Ham produced. It's appearing more and more likely he was just a shill for the History Channel program. If he produces this "bombshell" he claims to have, he will be vindicated and I will offer him a full apology.

Well, it all depends on who the source of that information is and how much it's backed up. Who is reporting that information? Who is stating that they think they saw Cheri Jo Bates and Ross Sullivan together at the same wedding? Weddings are among the most photographed events on the planet Earth. Do we have a marriage certificate showing this alleged marriage actually happened? Do we have photographs of the wedding? Verified proof from credible sources that Bates and Sullivan attended the same wedding, and that if they did, they actually knew each other?

I'd remain very skeptical of all such unsourced unverified reporting, until the facts are established back it up. I've heard dozens of such rumors about dozens of different suspects over the years, that they had close connections or personally new Darlene, Paul or different victims. None of it was ever established.

I agree AK.....I have heard that Ross's brother married Cheri Jo's friend and that Ross was at the wedding, but I have never seen that substantiated. Confirmation of that would lend to more circumstantial evidence toward Cheri's killer. As for Ross being the Zodiac, I see the biggest obstacle is actually tying him to SF / Vallejo, etc....

It's posted here somewhere, and I believe it was Morf who found the info, about Ross and CJB attending the wedding. I do not know if it was ever confirmed, which is why I said "reportedly". I'll see if I can find the post about this info but I believe it is buried deep back in this very long Ross thread.
