That's the guy I believe. He's the one I seen in my visions, and I know a few other things about him. He was a very outcasted, sad individual inside. He tried impressing her, but she ignored him so much. So many ppl bullied him, not exactly physically, but mentally. He was the kid sitting behind everyone in the class, and no matter how hard he did things for attention, they never gave him what he wanted. What a hollow feeling inside!

It's funny how no psychic has ever managed to prevent the death of a victim or intercept a murderer just before the act is carried out, isn't it!? No one called the police or SF Chronicle in the 60s to warn that a terrible thing was about to happen to some innocent young people by a lonely weirdo.

I found some information on Billy. He's a real person. He was famous for hacking Sarah Palin's email in 2009. He is related to some Democratic congressman or state representative or something. He's written several books on the occult. Definitely an interesting character.
