In chemistry, "enantiomer" has a different meaning:

in chemistry enantiomers are chiral molecules that structurally appear to be mirror images of one another. However, the molecules are non-superimposable mirror images of one another, similar to your right and left hand, mirror images that can not be placed upon one another.

Pardon my ignorance in this situation, but could you please explain how you are defining "enantiomer"?

It is a small world. I can place my poi at most of these same locations.

It still seems to me that only the various law enforcement agencies can investigate poi's and that all the finger-pointing here and on other sites re. them hasn't accomplished a single thing. We can all speculate over coincidences, etc. but nobody has any hard evidence other than Sandy Betts (from her poi) and her efforts to report those seem to have gone nowhere so that is why I've decided this is just a huge waste of my time.

I'm surprised that Oswell (apparently?) didn't make the connection at the time, as it's the most compelling evidence I've ever seen. IF it's a coincidence, it's a damned weird one.

The second picture is from here.
It is a map of the Tylenol Killer locations, with TJK's parent's house in the middle.

They may not be exact mirror images, but there is a strange geometry/chirality to the locations of the crime scenes of Z and the Tylenol Killer.

And Ted just happened to live at the central location of each.

Excellent work Jelberg! Doug Oswell did notice the Chicago area strike pattern in relation to the Kaczynski home. And I once commented on the rough similarity of the Chicago and California strike patterns and their possible similarity to the Norse Algiz Rune - Yggdrasil symbol that Ted liked. Ted once sprayed a Yggdrasil symbol on the campus of a bomb target. And at one time, looking at unsolved murders, I noted a possible rough Yggdrasil pattern.

But I never matched Chicago and California the way you did, proving that a TJK residence was centered in both cases, in much the same way.

Doug once combined the Zodiac crosshair symbol with the Kaczynski device, the Yggdrasil symbol, to create what he dubbed the UnaZod symbol. The UnaZod symbol looks remarkably like both the Chicago and California strike patterns you identified.

The Norse Algiz Rune - Yggdrasil means "World Tree". It also means "to strike, to wound severely".

Great work, worthy of further study and criticism.

This is giving me the creeps. On my last trip to Chicago (circa 1990) I had to change planes in Denver and the plane from there to ORD was held as the one from LAX was late. It wasn't full and I sat by the window but at the very last minute the creepiest looking guy boarded and took the seat on the aisle in my row. The middle was empty and I hoped to myself he wouldn't want to chat.

The man was so scruffy but was clean and wearing thong sandals and I wondered if maybe he'd just gotten out of jail. Anyway, he was no problem and I felt badly after we arrived at being so judgmental about him based on his appearance as he had to get up in order for me to leave (the plane was going on to another destination) and was a perfect gentleman and very gracious when I excused myself and thanked him for waiting for me to go ahead of him. I don't recall if he left the plane or was continuing on. He had a very nice speaking voice and thought to myself he seemed well-educated!

I remember this trip where my poi met me at the airport and took me to his home to visit very clearly despite the passage of time and often thought of the man when reminiscing about the entire trip.

It wasn't until I started reading about the Zodiac and making circumstantial connections that this man came to mind and I wondered if perhaps my poi had ever met him somewhere (perhaps in Berkeley) as he went to graduate school there.

I also made this same connection a few years ago after reading on these boards and noted the geographical similarities. But with all this said, it is nothing but mere speculation about possible circumstances that can produce paniky feelings if left unchecked.

I will always wonder if the man on the plane was Ted Kazinski after seeing his pictures here as the man I remember looked just like the pics of scruffy Ted as well as the geographical connections (Denver to Chicago). And the trip was around the Labor Day holiday FWIW.

Finger pointing doesn't accomplish much, and speculation is generally only good for conversational purposes, however, investigation is investigation, and should be differentiated from frivolous accusations.

The police generally have more pressing matters than attempting to solve the zodiac case. So, if the public wants to independently review the evidence and build cases based off of it, what is the harm?

So long as objectivity, facts, And hard evidence are at the core of your investigation then you are probably not hurting the situation.

Its creating bogus theories based on wild nonsense that seems to muddy the waters.

I have found that most people are only interested in this case because they think that they personally know who zodiac was, and while they will rarely admit this, it seems pretty clear, specially when one is presenting unconventional interpretations of the facts and evidence.

I listen respectfully and consider every reasonable theory, I try to remain objective and open-minded, and am never fearful of straying into uncharted water...

...I might be slightly rude when it comes to the more outrageous claims, but I feel this is necessary. I can defend every theory I am looking into, and never mind an opportunity to explain the facets of these theories or a challenge. That's part of the fun.
