Dark moon and the Apollo Whistle Blowers

The competition for media attention was tough in july 1969
There was a flash flood and a fireworks explosion on july 4th that got national attention.
July 18 drunk Teddy K drives off a bridge and drowns his date .
in August 7,8 th manson family starts there killings
Hurricane Camile cat 5 destroys much of new Orleans coast area mid month

but of course the main focus of the media was the moon shot.
I only really care to read non-fiction and do not have much time for that now .
I read Dark moon and the Apollo Whistle Blowers 15 yrs. ago. I wonder if any others here have ?
If Apollo 11 was a fake then the US could use all the news stories diverting attention from apollo 11.
I have one story to relate about that time.
As a kid in 69, I was about a C student my parents forced me to watch all the boring Cronkite footage preceding the launch, 2-3 hours a day. The only thing that was remotely intersting was when cronkite held up this model of the command module and LEM . Revell made a model of it and every kid wanted it but they were sky high $$$.
On July 3-4th 69 I stayed at a B F house and at night his dad got a big refractor telescope out .I wanted to see the moon ,which is hard to do. later The BF and his dad showed me how to see satelites orbiting just after dark . On what i think was July 18 -the day after cronkite said the Apollo 11 has left orbit for the moon this kid and I were laying on our backs watching the moon and satelites around 9;20 pm ,when we both saw a big satelite looking just like the command and LEM together overhead and as it was E fading some , a orange glow surounded it and it seemed to slow down greatly maybe landing in the ocean ?

I am not usually one to pay a lot of attention to conspiracy theories but I have very serious doubts about the 69 'Moon Landings' for one reason, the Van Allan Radiation Belts. And Neil Armstrong has refused to speak about the moon landing and when giving s speech at the Whitehouse he said "There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of the truth's protective layers".

Funnily enough over the past several weeks the question has crossed my mind: "Why didn't Zodiac mention this huge even at all, or even make reference to it?"

There is the usual evidence .. shadows coming from two different angles ,...the same exact rock formations in pics /video from Apollo 11& 14
every picture taken on the moon was centered and in perfect focus ,... the flag blowing in Nevada....I mean moon breeze, ...the 3000 TV viewers in w Austrialia that saw a coke bottle roll across the front of the picture ... the half speed skipping on the moon
Yes traveler 1st Apollo 8 was a "manned mission" orbiting the moon at christmass 1968 but no photo's of the crew and moon taken.

They sent there mission hours before ours ,just orbiting though ,strangly the 2 cosmanauts both died 8 months later Apollo 13 to place at a time with massive solar flares which would have caused 2-3X the radiation out of the belts
do you remember 4-5yrs. ago NASA said they had lost or accidentally destroyed all apollo footage ?

No don't remember that. To be honest mate when it comes to anything the Government states and claim, weather that be the US or UK, I have no interest in listening because they do nothing but lie all the time anyway. I can always tell when David Cameron is lying, his lips move.

Just read the opening few sentences:

Yes, and a pink elephant just flew past my window. The most significant scientific event of the 20th Century, the technological breakthrough that saw us humans leave this Planet and step on another for the first time ever, and NASA Management forgot to keep the original live feed footage? See to me that is quite insulting. It offends me that NASA think I am that stupid and gullible that I would believe that load of crap.

The article then states "Fear not, Hollywood is stepping in to 'restore' the footage." Well isn't that awfully convenient? And when it is revealed that Hollywood are restoring the moon footage what is the first thing NASA's Senior Engineer, Dick Nafzger, says?

"There's nothing being created; there's nothing being manufactured"

Who said anything about created and manufactured footage? What could possibly have given you cause to think that we'd not trust you and Hollywood, Dick? Why are you so quick to dismiss the possibility of fakery occurring without anyone having suggested it may? I think our friend Dick here is suffering from that same illness that a certain man in San Francisco had in the late 60's, 'Pseudologia fantastica'. Sorry Dick, that's compulsive or pathological lying to you.
