Not to mention cars burning up on the freeway yesterday! I don't suppose those thunder storms came without lightening. Pretty scary. It's so dry here in northern California, a little lightening and we would go up in a puff of smoke.

Now all we need is an earthquake... and we'll know the Apocalypse is nigh.

Ugh I hate seeing that the Napa fire is only 5% contained today. Thoughts are with the firefighters and responders. This has been a very dangerous fire season all over CA. Big Bear closer to me had a horrible one as well recently.

A few days ago:
"A brush fire in the Lake Berryessa area of Napa County has burned approximately 6,000 acres and is about five percent contained, according to information released by Cal Fire this morning."
