Any of you fellow Z'ers interested in the Lindbergh case?

I've become pretty obsessed recently due to a book I read, watching some documentaries, a feature film and various internet sites.

To be honest, I got bored with Z a while back - I still follow this board and new developments but the case doesn't have the same allure for me any more. Same thing with Jonbenet Ramsey - that one will never get solved.

Does anyone else find that their involvement in certain subjects wanes, gets replaced by something new, or RL intervenes? Or perhaps their interest gets rekindled again?

I don't really get the mystery of this case. Doesn't everyone agree that it was certainly Bruno and probably some other guy?

I did always think that whole matching wood plank and nails thing was some crazy CSI stuff, but most people seem to accept that as well.

I was interested in the case when I was younger. Pretty fascinating overall. I actually live close to a lot of big events in history here in NJ, about 38 miles from the Lindbergh kidnapping, and about 15 miles from the site of the Hindenburg crash

There are a whole range of opinions. Some have Hauptmann completely innocent, others that he had help from one or more others. And of course you have Violet Sharp - the maid - killing herself after police questioning.

Then there are those who think Charles Lindbergh himself is guilty - the toddler was already dead before leaving the house etc. I tend to lean towards this latter viewpoint.
