The easiest way is to use your snipping tool, provided you have Windows.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... pping-toolIf you have a different version just Google to find the tool for the version you have.

What I do - and find easiest - (assuming Windows)
1. With whatever you want to capture on-screen - hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
2. Open MS Paint and type Ctrl-V (for "paste")
That's all. I believe this works on every version of Windows ever.
