True Detective on HBO

Postby morf13 » Mon Jan 06, 2014 8:38 pm

Anybody else looking forward to watching True Detective on HBO in January? It stars Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey, and they play Detectives hunting a serial killer in Louisiana over 17 years. The first season will have 8 episodes. What's cool is, season two will be an all new case, with all new casts, and Detectives working the case, and each season will reset to a new case & cast, sort of what they do with American Horror Story if you are familiar with that. I for one think it may be pretty good, and cant wait to watch it. How about a series called, 'The Zodiac Chronicles', it could follow the zodiac case over several years from the standpoint of the Detectives, as they check out leads, suspects, crime scenes, etc...now that would be cool

I JUST caught a glimpse of the advertisement for it. Looked good. I don't (and won't) get HBO though. :(

Woody Harrelson, rocks, he is so cool... I dig his neckless. He is efficient, at getting his point across.
The show should be refreshingly different on HBO.

there is a Behind the Scenes that is playing on HBO (about 30 mins) about the story, creation, set construction in LA that was very interesting
if you get the chance to view it
You can find it quickly on DTV by doing a Menu, SMART SEARCH

I heard that too, and spent an hour looking without finding it, of course, I have cable not directv. I think it's cool that every season will be new Detectives on a different case

Downloaded and watched the behind the scenes thing earlier. Looks good. Shot on film like Breaking Bad. Looks interesting, thanks for the heads up on it's impending existence.

Does everyone not know where you can watch EVERYTHING or ANYTHING on your computer? Movies that just hit the theaters, TV shows, whatever you want to watch, as long as it is not live, you can download and watch for free, just download; Easy Bit Torrent
A friend of ours showed this to us about 1 1/2 yrs. ago, and we have never not been able to find any movie or TV show, any sporting event that is over, this site has it. We have never got a virus, nothing! It took me a couple of times to figure it out, different formats or languages, but, when you get the hang of it, you will love itI And its free, it just has to have already aired, and its available for viewing on you computer!
