Those of you who lived in the SF Bay Area will remember Creature Features with Bob Wilkins as host. Every Saturday night at 11 pm there was a horror show, some were not bad and some were so bad you had to watch! Check out Bob Wilkins site for a blast from the past.

I was pretty young, but do remember. I also remember the intro to "Night Gallery" freaked me out. Here is the pilot from 11/9/69 - Roddy McDowall, Joan Crawford.

Another scary movie...Desperately Seeking Susan. The horror!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tahoe, I remember that Night Gallery episode well! Roddy McDowell was in the one with the paintings, and Crawford was in the one where she gets the eye transplant from Tom Bosley, that was creepy.

Speaking of tv horror, anybody ever watch the NIGHT STALKER? It had the Dad from Christmas Story in it, Darren McGavin? Another creepy show

Any Bigfoot movie or documentary for me as a Kid was at the top of my list. Bigfoot,Sasquatch,SnowBeast,Legend Of Boggy Creek,The Creature From Black Lake, they were not all scary, but as a Kid growing up in the 70's when the bigfoot craze was on full force,I loved em.
Anybody out here on the east coast in the delaware valley, would remember the 'creature double feature' every Saturday on channel 48 ;)

Loved that show, too. My mom still tells people the story when I made a cross with my fingers and told a priest at my church to "stop". I had just watched a Night Stalker show with vampires a couple days before, lol. You have quite good taste in horror movies/shows. I plan on watching Black Christmas this weekend.

There was an episode from The Alfred Hitchcock Hour called "The Final Escape" (1964) that was pretty creepy, where a prisoner makes a deal with a gravedigger to help him escape from prison.

Apparently, it got remade in a 1980's version of the same show. I love the Hitchcock TV shows from the 50's and 60's.

Anybody see a movie called 'The Sentinel' from the late 70's? Real creepy. A woman moves into an apartment house in New York and she is the only tennant, besides an old priest that lives in the apartment at the top of the building,or at least she is supposed to be. It isn't long before she meets the 'other tennants'. She starts experiencing all kinds of creepy things, and discovers a big secret, and the movie ends with a shocking and creepy ending that will make your skin crawl
